RENOZ battery systems are engineered and designed in Perth, Western Australia. We partner with world-class manufacturers to produce our systems to the highest standards. We are proud to be Perth's own battery OEM.

What is the warranty period?

LV-5KWH100AH modules are covered by a 10-year product warranty. The HC-125K-261-02B commercial BESS has a separate product warranty. Registration, operating conditions, exclusions, remedies, and any performance thresholds are set out in the applicable warranty document.

Do you sell directly to homeowners?

We primarily work through a network of certified installers to ensure safe and compliant installation. However, you can contact us directly for a system sizing consultation, and we can recommend a local partner.

Are your systems compatible with existing solar setups?

Accepted Answer

RENOZ supports AC-coupled and DC-coupled retrofit pathways. Compatibility must be confirmed for the exact inverter, firmware, BMS communication method, module count, and site design before installation.
